Core focused workouts designed for you or your small group. 

Workouts will always have a variety of balance, cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises to keep your body working throughout the session.  You will burn calories, strengthen your core and feel fabulous when you're finished!!!

 

I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with continuing education and certifications in:

balance, cardio, core, flexibility, mental toughness, ply-o-metrics, reactive, resistance, SAQ (speed, agility, quickness) and stretching techniques. 

 

I am also certified as a Youth Exercise Specialist, so if your child is wanting to take the next step in training...let me help them get to the next level with a progressive workout program that will build strength from the inside out.

Getting Here:

Parking on the streets, or in parking structures just north of the space on Mangum and Morgan Streets (the Downtown Loop) or East Chapel Hill & Rigsbee.

Circuit training classes that will vary day-to-day and week-to-week. 

 

Classes will be core focused and involve balance, cardio, flexibility,

plyometric, resistance and stretching exercises.  

You never know what you'll do until you get here, but you'll leave knowing that you've been trained from the inside out.

Ryan Thomas- Personal Trainer

A little about me...I grew up in Durham, NC. I played a variety of sports as a kid...baseball, basketball, football, soccer, swimming, tennis, volleyball.  Whatever it was, I wanted to compete. I believe that playing every sport I could when I was younger allowed me to be a better athlete overall. I ran, I jumped, my muscles developed in different ways and I did whatever I could athletically to win...and my body allowed me to do it. Eventually I had to choose between the sport I loved (basketball) or the one that would take me places (soccer). At the age of 15 I decided to focus solely on soccer. 

 

Growing up I played soccer on the club level, Olympic development teams and collegiately at UNC-Chapel Hill. I've coached soccer teams and personally coached and trained kids for over 15 years. It's the best feeling in the world when you see them actually get it. 

 

Now, I want to help you, your child or your group get better and train smarter!
